“Tush to Trail” Program
9 week written program
In Person Meetup
Ongoing GroupMe correspondence with Natalie (personal trainer and Rooted & Wild guide)
Personalized instruction and Followup with Natalie
We have created a Tush to Trail program to help prepare you to take on our trail “Run to the Sun" coming in July. This training program is a 9 week run training program to prepare you to successfully complete 3.1 miles on July 1st. There are 2 tracts you can follow, written with 2 types of ladies in mind. BOTH programs will be provided, so you don’t have to choose. You will be able to start training and decide which tract will be best for you as you go.
Runner 1: The beginning runner who needs training, but is intimidated by running 3 miles. She has never run that kind of distance, and knows she will appreciate having some walk breaks throughout training and on the day we all "Run to the Sun” together.
Runner 2: The lady who is not currently conditioned for running, but has run that kind of distance in the past. She will need some walk breaks in the beginning of training, but would like to be able to run without stopping on the day we all “Run to the Sun” together.
*If you currently go to the gym for weight lifting, this program can easily be added to your current routine.
This program also includes an in person meetup with Natalie in Kaysville!
We want you to be successful and have confidence to do something you may not ever have done before! To help you, we will have an in-person meet-up at the start of your training to go over the program, meet other ladies participating in training, introduce warm-up and cooldown strategies, and go over questions regarding your specific situation. Throughout the training, we will have an online accountability group where you will be able to post questions and receive individual coaching as needed.
Program begins Monday, April 27th, 2026!
Natalie will also be available to message if you have questions about what will be best for your specific situation and as you go throughout the training program.
