Summer Summit Training Program

Have you always wanted to hike to the top of Utah’s peaks, but felt like you weren’t in good enough shape?

Then this 10 week hiking/training program, curated by our guide and personal trainer, is for you!

The goal of this program:

Build muscle and endurance to climb any peak in Utah by the end of the summer. This program will be customized to fit YOU, where you are starting at RIGHT NOW.

$60 for the program (including in-person meet ups)

$50 for the program (not including in-person meetups)

This package includes the following:

  • A downloadable 10-week program created by Natalie Marcom. This document will include a 4-day-a-week program.

    • (2 days focused on core, leg strength, knee and ankle health. 1 shorter conditioning day. 1 longer hike day)

  • Follow up with Natalie one-on-one via text or call on GroupMe

Added on for those paying for meetups:

  • Four in-person meetups to learn exercises using what you already have on hand, and go over training plan for each person.

    • June 3rd, June 17th, July 9th, July 22nd

    • at 6:30 pm in Farr West, Utah (exact address sent in email following sign up)

If participants already have a regular gym routine, this is a program that can be incorporated into what you are already doing, and Natalie will help you customize/adapt/meld the program to fit your current exercise routine.
